This side you can see some of the tie-offs on the side. I expect the next beanie--which will be medium stripes--to be better about visible tie-offs.

And here's me, modeling the hat. Unfortunately my camera is not good at sharp photos sans flash, which sucks for me because if I take a picture of myself using the flash, all you see is the big white spot on the mirror.

I love the rainbow pattern and it's not just the queer in me--though I'll definitely be making myself one to wear to Pride events once I get to New York!

Knifty Hat: Another One :)

Same Marble yarn as the Marble Beanie, but this time most of it is two-over-two instead of one-over one. I made a mistake towards the last...ten or fifteen rows, I think...and had to go one-over-one after that. It's another Big Hat like the Silly Hat, but I like it because the weather doesn't dictate whether or not I can wear a ponytail (because regular sized snow beanies are snug on me, especially when I have my hair up). If anyone else wants one, I have a variety of yarns (just check the Yarn Stash tag) and get back to me, and if it's not for another project I'll get started immediately. Otherwise, I'll get more of that yarn and start as soon as I get home. :)

Marble Beanie

Marble because that's the brand name, and that makes it easy to differentiate from the other beanies, especially since the just-plain-Beanie that I made for my husband is made out of the same yarn, though I did that one one-over-one. (Beanies are so easy to make! :D) It's a very soft yarn (100% acrylic, I think) and I'm doing two-over-two on my Knifty Knitter:

Waldo Hat!

A lot of my husband's co-workers think that my husband looks like Waldo from the Where's Waldo books. So I took my Knifty Knitter and made him a Waldo Hat!
